Lester - you've hit directly on the beauty of using the OSM stack for OHM -
all of the awesome tools that already exist can be used for OHM. I used
JOSM exclusively (well, mainly exclusively) for my Seattle map & Jerry's
great blog post discusses the use of a variety of OSM tools.
