[OHM] OHM in the wiki

Hi Richard,

I created one yesterday which I haven't yet linked in to the main landing
page:

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Historical_Map/FAQ

I have not created a Tags one yet, but would suggest the initial focus for
such a page be new tags needed specifically for OHM. For instance I have
added some ways with conjectural=yes, and I have also used
natural:historic=coastline. These are not things set in stone but represent
first ideas about how to tag some things as they come up.

Regards,

Jerry

PS. Long ago Kev Swindells did a nice post on extant Formula 1 race tracks
on OSM. I'll fish out the link if you are interested.
