[OHM] New project that may help OHM...

I'm thinking about a new project that may be useful for OHM.

As you know OSM is not designed to handle time related informations, and
I've been looking for some open project where to share time/space related
informations but found none.

The idea is to have a collaborative database of "events" that contain
"what", "where" and "when" details.

Such events could be historical ones, but also "live/unplanned" ones,
forecasts, schedules and planned ones.

I'm currently writing some description of the idea I have to share it.
