[OHM] FOSS Outreach Program for Women / GSOC for Open History Map

Hey folks, just a note that there is an ohm project (with mentors) available for this year’ FOSS Outreach Program for Women [1] and Google Summer of Code [2] . This has to do with adding time sliders and a temporal element to the tile renderer. Some details can be found here [3] in bugzilla.

Be aware that deadlines for FOSS are March 19 at 7pm UTC and March 21st for GSoC. (eg: Very Soon).
