[OHM] OHM iD instance 1.8

The time-slider I thinking of is for iD, my approach on adding one was
discussed off the mail list, vector is the way to go on the main website.
The new idea about a more advanced feature filtering has been shared with
Mapbox(filter operators such as */!=/=).

Are the 2008/2009 tile layers really useful for mapping?

Buenos Aires seams great, do you know about the base map used? If so, I
could add it to iD as a layer for this particular area, which would be a
good first time user experience!

The current blockers for me to update the live test version is a bug with
the presents(OSM taginfo) and the
National Library of Scotland(hopefully they will allow us to use their maps
in OHM/iD) :-)
