[OHM] locating the Polo Grounds?

ok, that takes care of the Polo Grounds and the rough location of the
board track, but a review of America's Speedways shows that
there was a 1/4 mile dirt oval in the Polo Grounds in the early 40s
and a 1/4 mile paved oval (!?) for a time after the Giants moved to
SF. and so, a new research problem.
