[OHM] Getting OHM up to speed with OSM

Sorry for not updating you on the progress, I have been busy working on
other projects.

I found my old work on a rebase, see this pull request
<https://github.com/Abbe98/openstreetmap-website/pull/2> for current
status, in addition to the work left stated there all database migrating,
new depending stuff and testing is also left(someone with experience of the
OHM servers should do that).

To be honest I do not know how much time I will be able to put into this in
the near future, so please go ahead and work on it.
