[OHM] OHM Tasking Manager on OHM Servers

You have to make sure you include the Template:Map in the file page
metadata. We are just tweaking it, and we will have the changes made in a
day or two. Minor tweaks though. So if you upload by hand and will update
later that will be fine anyway.
