:) You bet I would have wanted to be there!
In general, I have let Wikimaps rest for a few months to see how things are
developing. It seems like a good moment to pick up speed again.
I updated the design document in Commons yesterday a bit (and will
continue) https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wikimaps/Design
The Warper control points has it's own doc
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1K6EsDHVUJS4q_8T6U1UXOoCQQzRnjc71UJrhzIhW6BI&authuser=0
There is a presentation that explains the work flow in Commons (hefty web
doc) http://wikimaps-dev.github.io/warperdocs/
An extended presentation shows the new interface more thoroughly and
explains content goals http://wikimaps-dev.github.io/Iberoconf/
The mockups can be viewed more quickly in
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8tb0t7i71on3wxf/AACdxyE-XDjS35spVt7C8mlea?dl=0
They have not been updated lately, and I hope to work on them soon.
Cheers
Susanna
