[OHM] access to OHM server for Overpass setup?

this is roughly what i expected, and the separate domain name is what i
would have recommended as it will facilitate easy migration to a separate
server when the time comes.

as for development, my priority is a production application of overpass
as it is, so i concur with you on that issue. as soon as it appears, i plan
to start using it for live applications as overpass already provides
everything
i want right now.
