[OHM] WMS & TMS layers of historic imagery & usgs topos

does anyone have any good WMS or TMS layers for
historic imagery or old USGS topos they want to share?

i'm trying to find layers for the US that can help
accurately locate old race tracks, obviously. i'd like
to at least get the 3rd course at Watkins Glen
(1960s) and Bridgehampton on Long Island (mid
1950s through 2000).
