[OHM] SOTM US programs

i finally hooked up with Martijn about the program; the answer is
that yes, the idea of a group of OHM programs would be very
interesting.

so now it's on us to come up with good abstracts and get them into
the system. the proposal link is here: http://stateofthemap.us/program/

on a related note, Martijn asked me to consider serving on the program
committee. i probably will.
