[OHM] OHM talk proposal for SOTM-US

We at NYPL were thinking of doing a panel about the NYC Space/Time Directory project and some of our methodologies that we’re hoping to use to build it. Quite a bit is still being worked on (about how we’ll run it within NYPL), but this could serve as a good moment/discussion to figure out how/where we should plug into OHM.
