[OHM] www.openhistoricalmap.org update

The machine room that hosts www.openhistoricalmap.org had a major failure of it's AC system at which point the machines were shutdown. Plant operations are working on the chillers, expected back online Tuesday if not before.

There is no expected loss of data. -rhw
