[OHM] Possibility to use the OHM to save vectors of ways and buildings of São Paulo between 1870 and 1940

Hi Rodrigo,
if you are familiar with editing with OpenStreetMap, then this should be
very similar.
first you would need to register as a new user on openhistoricalmap.org and
then use JOSM editor to authenticate to the server, like you would as a new
user for OSM but changing the api to point to the OHM server.
The API is open to all registered users, no special permissions are
required.
"osmapi" is a python script that is written for OSM in mind. Most people
use JOSM or the iD editor, and do it by hand.
I haven't used "osmapi", but it looks like it might work with OHM.
