[OHM] OpenHistorical Map Maintenance, 3 Aug 3:30-4:30 PM UTC

On Wednesday, Aug 3, 3:30-4:30 PM UTC, OpenHIstoricalMap.org and related
services will be down for maintenance. We are going to upgrade to current
OpenStreetMap website code. This involves a Postgres upgrade and migration,
which is why we can’t do it without a short outage. If this timing is in a
critical time window for anyone, please let me know.
