Things are going fine over here BUT migration will take longer than
expected.

1. Website and services set to read-only now for 1.5 hours
2. Then we have to take things completely down for max 2 hours, 1700-1900
UTC
3. New ETA for re-enabling editing is 1900 (7:00 PM) UTC
