For UNSDIT, I think it's at the bottom of this page:
http://www.logcluster.org/tools/mapcentre/unsdi/unsdi-t-v2.0/  For example,
the Light: Assessment Package zip file has multiple .xls files, at least
some of which have a tab with definitions.
