[HOT] nomination of andrzej zaborowski

I would like to nominate andrzej zaborowski for HOT,
he has :
1. tracing different maps during various HOT activations
2. translated the learnosm.org materials
3. done some imagery tiling / WMSing for people to use

According to his own accounts. I have "seen" him many times online and
would be happy to have another geek in the team.
