[HOT] Bing coverage of Algeria

Hi,

It seems that high resolution Bing coverage of Algeria is restricted to
the region of Algiers:
http://ant.dev.openstreetmap.org/bingimageanalyzer/?lat=36.79922290950308&lon=3.134441280367035&zoom=10

Algiers is already pretty well mapped, but, as we know, OSM can always
been improved. (For Blida, for example.)

According to http://mvexel.dev.openstreetmap.org/bing, this coverage
dates from Feb/2000 - Aug/2004. Over Boumerdès, judging from some
buildings, it was taken before the May 21, 2003 earthquake.
