[HOT] GPSToGo

Hi all,

As part of the GPSToGo revamp, one of our imagery sources will be the purchase 
of high-res satellite imagery (funded by donations) for specified areas in 
developing countries.
Having not been involved in this process for HOT, i would like to get some more 
info on the suppliers that we have used in HOT, the WMS hosting & image 
processing steps we have taken.
Mikel outline the process to me last week but i need to get it all written 
down.  


Please can someone outline the imagery request process, suggested imagery 
suppliers, guide imagery purchase price (i am hoping to get the same price for 
GPSToGo), expected cost of WMS hosting and any other considerations so that i 
can put together a plan for imagery acquisition for our project.
