Hey Sam,

I'd all suggest trying to get the imagery for free first.  This
obviously won't work everywhere but could hurt.

HOT usually doesn't buy imagery, I got close to actual purchasing it
from a supplier at one point, but then Bing announced we could use

I can send you the supplier info I have though, I believe it is the
same one that Mikel utilized in the past.
