[HOT] WANTED: low volume mailing list for desaster mappers

Hello HOT!

I have subscribed to this list since I am willing to help in desaster
mapping. I bet there are a lot of people like me that would like to
receive calls for help, but do not wish to filter them from all the
other subjects on this list.

So what I would suggest is a extra list dedicated to calls for
contribution, probably moderated.
