[HOT] HOT's Mission

I agree. I think that ultimately you can only be prepared if there has been
some (economic) development. Some areas in the world are more ripe than
others to get recurrent disasters and the only way to cope with those
properly is to help towards development. It is the only way where we can be
sustainable in the end.
