[HOT] [RFC] suggestions for HOT work

Hi,

If a coordinator could highlight important tiles than that would be
quite useful for people like me who come and pick a tile - while being
very flexible.

Letting people choose randomly which square they pick or in which
order they want to do things makes it also much easier to start
mapping - especially if the information in the workflow is quite clear.

Personally, I pick different tiles depending on the amount of time I
have. And I've done tiles where I've done a lot but then didn't set
them as "ready" because there was something in there where I was
unsure about. With a fixed order I might have abandoned them earlier.

And while I can understand the idea of an automated system: It does
feel different if I assume that somebody took a decision which areas
have a priority. It means I'm reacting to somebody's request for -
targeted - help, not to an automated system.

Just my two cents as somebody who ever so often just picks a square to
map...

greetings
clara
