[HOT] Scholarships to ICCM

Hi All,

Robert Soden and I are going to oversee the scholarships for ICCM. We
unfortunately don't have a lot of time to process this since the
conference is in October. If all applications could be submitted by
September 4th that would be great. We will announce the recipients a
few days later.

If you are interested in having HOT pay for you to attend please fill

You don't have to be a member of HOT to apply, but showing how you use
OSM for disaster planning or disaster response would be beneficial to
your application.

You can also nominate other people as well.
