[HOT] Changes to Bylaws and Articles of Amendment

Dear HOT,

There was a change made in DC Corporate law that went into effect this
year that required us to make minor changes to our Bylaws and Articles
of Amendment.

In order to adopt these the membership must vote on them.  I'm sharing
the documents here with everyone. If you are a HOT member you will be
receive a Survey Monkey ballot to vote on these as well sometime
tomorrow.

The changes shown are between the bylaws and Articles of Amendment
adopted in December 2011.

Sorry to be sending everything in Word Doc, but that is what the
lawyer sent me. I wasn't sure of a good way to include the redlined
versions and the regular versions to everyone in another format.
