[HOT] Senegal - Dakar Flooding Activation

As mentioned in last night's HOT chat, Senegal, specifically some
areas in Dakar, the capital, is experiencing some flooding following a
period of intense rains.
Coincidentally, one of the HOT members, Nico Chavent, was already on
the ground in Dakar for a scheduled trip

is meeting with local actors, and coordinating with the emerging
OSM-SN community
In reponse, we've created a task to map some neighborhoods most
affected by the flooding. Mapping parties are occurring in the area
and this task will help facilitate the
mapping parties/workshops.
