[HOT] Cyclone Evan

For the Cyclone simulation last year, HOT mappers did detailed mapping of  of Upolu island.

Bing imagery was used. This offers high-res Imagery but certain parts of the islands are covered by clouds. I verified today and imagery is still the same.
