[HOT] 24 hours pause on Libya medical facilities activation

Hi

For those of you working on the Libyan medical facility activation, and haven't already heard, we are pausing for 24 hours (as of 12pm GMT) until January 5, 12pm GMT.

A volunteer from GISCorps will be working to clean the data set, remove duplicates, standardize, etc.

I'll send another email, with instructions, once the task is ready to continue.
