[HOT] Tasking Manager - Feedback and upcoming evolution

Hey there

Thanks Pierre for sharing this note about feedback and upcoming evolution.
I"ll add to the list a feature we discussed which would be to allow to
assign tasks to mappers. The context for this would typically be
coordination/ management of on the ground survey teams where the tasking
server has a strong potential but which has not been its primary usage so
far.
