[HOT] Unclear situation in Tajikistan: has a war started today?

Dear all,

after the events of last week-end in Tajikistan (

the army's special forces have launched an attack against some opposition
warlord in Khorog, the capital of Gorno Badakshan Autonomous Region (
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-18965366).

The situation is highly unclear, as the communication lines to Khorog have
been cut, but informal reports account for something between 20 and 200
killed people so far (http://en.ca-news.org/news:509321/)

Probably not much to do right now, except getting ready... I am waiting for
an image of the town in the coming days if anyone wants to help mapping... (
