Hi Milo,

Thanks, it looks to me though that the data is a mix of a bunch of
sources and there isn't a license on it. Though they are requesting
attribution. Technically they are probably breaking the OSM license,
since it appears it was at least used in Nigeria.

I'm happy for someone to prove me wrong though.
