Hi Kate,

I´m a member of the team that developed Keypad-Mapper 3.
We are currently working on version 3.1 which will be released in Mai 2013.
After that we´ll work on version 3.2 which will provide some possibilities
to customize the Keypad-Mapper 3.

This means, that it is the right time now for defining the concept for this
customization approach.

If you have particular ideas in mind what you would like to be implemented
then pls add such feature requests to the whishlist maintained in the
following OSM wiki page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Keypad-Mapper_3
