[HOT] Use of OSM in Yolanda a Report from Manila

Hi All,

This week I spent four days in Manila with the World Bank. The idea
was to see how the OSM data can help in the recovery process for
typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda.

People are glad to have the OSM data and it wouldn't have been
possible with all the volunteer effort. Thank you everyone!

I'm still coordinating specific needs and working with the World Bank,
but we are certainly going to need more continued assistance.
