[HOT] OSM user statistics

HI Nama,

In my experience people often somehow don't upload data. How why this
happens I don't know. This has happened everywhere I've worked. It is
important to actually watch people upload and make sure they aren't
having any issues. I would say the stats on the site are actually
probably right. You can run your own statics using PostGIS if you
wanted to compare but it is more complicated than just going to a site
obviously.

I would suggest emailing the site directly. Also you'll get better
responses to your query on the osm-talk list, since it is a regular
site used by the greater OSM community.
