[HOT] First Syria tasks on the Tasking Manager

Hi,

In damascus I have found some errors with the validator and correct it,
still bridge to correct and others errors.

They have done already a lot of work per town,  if you look only few people
have mapped the entire city.

I will let other have a look on it and validate those areas
