[HOT] a more extreme HOT task manager

One thing I would request is to have all resources -- including links to
any contextual information, useful guides, and liaison contact --  on the
task manager.  Also, I am continually confused as to why areas are marked
as "Done" when they clearly wouldn't be considered done if you read the
workflow instructions. Maybe an additional status is needed before done
such as "for review".

I've added my other feature suggestions to the github repo.
