[HOT] a more extreme HOT task manager

Well, done is basically already "for review" since we have a second level
of 'validated' which is supposed to weed out these erroneous tiles and
revert them back to 'unmarked' if they do not meet the standards. We
should try to work on ways of encouraging more validation work as for many
tasks, once they are all marked 'done' the work usually stops.

I like the idea of listing project information on the task manager though.
Currently we do this mostly through the workflow descriptions, but making a
list of the commonly linked to things and having places for them right in
the interface might be good. That will help people who create task manager
jobs as well by giving them a proper form to fill out. As it is now, it
can be kind of tricky to remember what to link to when writing the
descriptions.
