A simple way could be to count the percents of readiness in the tasks
overview in half-steps. Then just "done"+"validated" tiles would be
counted full. If all tiles are done but none is validated the status in
the overview list would be only 50%.
Or there might be two count bars, one for the mapping status and another
for the validation one.
I work occasionally on a task and it seems finished when it shows 100 %.
In my opinion the psychological effect of the first suggestion would
be much better...
