Tonight, is an other discussion with humanitarian clusters and OCHA.  Note that last week discussion was canceled due to electric failure in Bamako.

 discussion is on the #hot IRC channel. You can connect simply from your browser with the following
 link :

in the Connect panel, select OFTC from the list of  servers to connect. 
Specify your nickname and the channel. For HOT, this is  #hot
When you are ready, you click on the Connect button, and you will be directed to the #hot room for discussions.
