[HOT] What is a HOT Project

Hello Everyone,

We are still collecting ideas on "What is a HOT project?" I think this
is especially important so that when activities happen there are clear
guidelines on calling them "HOT" work. Partially because HOT is an
incorporated entity, but there are other development or disaster
response/presentation related work that is not HOT. Clearly we don't
want to take credit for things that aren't ours and we also don't want
to appear to support projects we don't agree (this hasn't been an
issue yet fortunately).

Anyway if you have any input to what was already added by Chris, Harry
and myself it would be great to get it:

If people think it would be useful we can have a realtime meeting.
