[HOT] DR Congo Activation, Task Manager Job for Minova and Sake areas

Thanks to the US Secretary who is providing us some new imagery for the north of the Minova peninsula and the Sake area.

Since this is a priority with cholera epidemy in the Minova peninsula, we reacted quickly to install the new imagery and prepare the task manager. Thanks to both Jean-Guilhem Cailton for the imagery and Andrew Buck for the task manager.

We solicit mappers again to contribute to the task http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/211

Note that we are asking to map in priority the north of the Minova peninsula since humanitarians are working presently on the ground and are printing these maps (Walking papers).

The direct link to the imagery seems to not work. Until this is fixed, you can simply copy and add manually to the JOSM WMS/TMS preferences.
