For "Road condition", in Madagascar, I try to add :
- smoothness
- surface
- seasonal

And also, when a road is crossing a river:
- bridge/ flood_prone / ford

It would be nice to have a render highlighting such details. It could 
help determining what difficulties you will face when trying to go to a 
place.
