[HOT] Splitting of mapping tasks

Hi
Not sure if it has been discussed before but is there value in splitting
tracing and classifying tasks? I personally find it easier to just trace
all the roads and then come back later and do the classification
separately. I follow this methodology for normal mapping but so far for HOT
I have classified roads as highway=unclassified.
