thanks the community for all those advises,

for my side I am using

  https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Plugins/BuildingsTools  and when I see a more complex form I am using extrude ( josm = X )

As a contributor:

  if I saw something wrong during the mapping from another contributor I 
am trying to have an open discussion in private message.

I hope somebody will do the same when I will make some mistake
