[HOT] digitization of buildings

In JOSM, square buildings can be added with 2 clicks. Use the building tool
(B).

If you draw a square building, and then select it, any further square
buildings you add will be forced to be square with the selected building.

Using this method you can add typical building plans quickly, by adding
overlapping rectangles, finally drag and select all of those rectangles,
and press Shift-J to join them all forming one complex building.
