[HOT] HIU Tile Caches Maintenance Window, 2013-11-12

Good morning, everyone.

HIU will be upgrading our servers today in order to support the
humanitarian response to Typhoon Haiyan.  The HIU tile caches may be
intermittently unavailable for a few short periods.  We apologize for
the inconvenience.
