An alternative to using filters in JOSM is to use this mapcss
styling (attached with this mail) to highlight buildings with required tags
for job 350.
It can also be downloaded at this link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzVJmbAKs1tYa1FnNE5YTnhuTTQ/edit?usp=sharing

Using this mapcss,

Objects with only building=yes tags are indicated by a grey dashed outline.

Objects with building=damaged or building=collapsed tags are indicated by a
red dashed outline.

Objects with building=damaged or building = collapsed tags along with
typhoon:damage=yes tag are indicated by a blue dashed outline.
Objects with the aforementioned tags along with the source tag are
indicated by a green outline.
