[HOT] What are the top coding needs for the activation?

Hi,

I noted down three Task Manager suggestions that came from newcomers
we were teaching:

(1) When clicking Done, would be good to be able to mark "...but
incomplete due to imagery limitations"

(2) Would be great to have links in the task manager to demos/videos
eg "how to map buildings quickly" in a buildings-related task

(3) On a TM task page, when you click a link to launch into JOSM, it'd
be nice if the "source" changeset tag could be pre-filled since the
task currently asks people to explicitly add that, but after all the
webpage is already talking to josm...
